Our ongoing research and development of cutting-edge Zyviva technology is geared toward producing a robust IP portfolio involving Zyviva products, processes, uses, and patentable "compositions of matter." The IP being generated has the potential to be sold to the producers of wellness products or licensed pharmaceutical purchasers. Some IP may be spun off into new companies. The IP portfolio we are working to create is intended to generate strong value to the company in the next five years.
